Ethics Channel

Semantix provides its employees and external audience with an independent Ethics Channel for reporting occurrences or suspicions of violations of the guidelines established by Semantix in the Code of Ethics and Conduct or its internal policies, rules, and procedures, and non-compliance with the law. The service operates 24×7 via the link ‘Ombudsman’.

Any report will be treated anonymously and confidentially, and any form of retaliation against the employee or third party who makes a report or complaint is strictly prohibited, in accordance with our Reporting and Non-Retaliation Policy. Remember that it is everyone’s duty to immediately report any violation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, laws, or internal rules and guidelines.
