Ethics and Integrity

Our reputation and credibility are our most important assets.

Our reputation and credibility are our most important assets. The ethics principles that guide us sustain Semantix's reputation as a benchmark data company, both with the products we deliver and how we do it.

The Semantix Integrity Program ensures that all employees and third-party partners know and follow company guidelines, acting in a manner consistent with our values and principles.

We rely on all our employees and collaborators to practice and disseminate our culture of business ethics and incorporate our main guidelines in their day-to-day activities:

Watchdog hotline

Our independent reporting channel lets Semantix employees and external stakeholders notify us of suspected violations of company guidelines, internal policies, standards and procedures, and failure to comply with local and national laws and regulations. The service operates 24/7, through our  ombudsman link.

All reports are treated confidentially and reporting parties remain anonymous. Any retaliation against a Semantix employee or third-party stakeholder who registers a complaint is absolutely prohibited under the terms of our Whistleblower Reporting and Non-Retaliation Policy. It is everyone's duty to immediately report any violation of our Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as local and national laws, or our internal standards and guidelines.
